The upcoming 2014 National Advanced Biofuels Conference and Expo (NABCE), which will be held in Minneapolis next month, will host a panel session with CEOs from three Minnesota ethanol plants.

The CEOs that will participate in the panel are Mike Jerke (Guardian Energy), Brian Kletscher (Highwater Ethanol) and Randall Doyal (Al-Corn Clean Fuels).

According to the 2014 NABCE website, the panel will discuss biofuel plant management and investment in an era of policy turbulence.

"Great attention is given to the ramifications of policy uncertainty for the emerging biofuels industry. Still, policy uncertainty is felt throughout the existing biofuels production ranks and for current producers eyeing advanced biofuels investments, the uncertainty is compounded.

"This panel features existing biofuels producers working to keep the current biofuels business healthy and growing while also trying to position themselves for success in tomorrow's fuel marketplace."

The 2014 NABCE will be held at the Hyatt Minneapolis and will run from Oct 13 to Oct 14. The aforementioned panel discussion will take place at 10:30 am on Oct 13.
